Monthly Stays of 3-5 Months Apr – Dec = 10% discount

Monthly Stays of 6+ Months Apr – Dec = 10% discount
This program cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Stays during Jan – Mar are not eligible for a discount but may be counted towards the total number of months. In order to take advantage of the discounted monthly rate, guests may not shorten their stay without penalty. All monthly reservations must be booked through our reservations team.

6/6 Monthly Rate Program

Minimum 6 month stay rate as outlined in the 3/6 monthly rate program

6 months dry storage rate = $100 per month

Guests may stay overnight in their RV for $30 per night
With this program, guests pay a minimum of six months of on-site rental during the fall and winter seasons and can then move their RV to dry storage for the summer months (maximum of 6 months) for $100 per month. Further, guests can pay a discounted daily rate to stay in their RV on-site during this storage period on a space available basis.
