Hike the trails to see more rare species than any other Florida State Park. ‘Old Florida’ is preserved here beneath the ancient, towering oaks. Florida panther, black bear, deer, alligators, and many birds frequent the park. See them all from an elevated boardwalk through the cypress swamp.
This 18 hole championship golf course is a true example of old Florida. Four sets of tees provide a fair test of the player’s abilities, no matter what they may be. While only 6,500 yards from the back tees, the small elevated greens make the course play much longer. The wide fairways are surrounded by manicured roughs.
